Standard vehicles (Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax, Minibus 7 pax) should be booked at least 16 hours before your trip. Premium class vehicles and Minibuses for 10, 13, 16 or 19 passengers require at least 24 hours notice. Need a taxi sooner? Request an urgent transfer and we will confirm availability as soon as possible.
You can pay the full price online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or choose partial prepayment and pay the remainder in cash (AZN) to the driver. The exact payment options depend on the route and vehicle class selected.
Free cancellation is available up to 5 hours before pickup for standard vehicle classes and up to 24 hours for premium classes. After the deadline, the prepayment may not be refunded. To cancel, contact support by email, chat or phone.
Yes. You can book a round-trip transfer in a single order by selecting a return date and time. Alternatively, you can place two separate one-way bookings if your return schedule is not yet fixed.
Your driver tracks your flight status automatically. If your flight is delayed, the driver will wait up to 90 minutes free of charge. If your flight arrives early, the driver may still be on the way — please wait at the arrivals area. If possible, inform support about significant delays.
